Garcinia cambogia powder, which is obtained from the rind of Garcinia cambogia fruit, is often utilized as a supplement for weight management purposes. This powder comprises an active ingredient called hydroxy citric acid, popularly known as HCA, believed to control appetite and inhibit fat production. Thus, this is how it should be done:


Dosage and Usage


The recommended dosage will depend on the drug manufacturers since many companies produce their own formulations. Usually, recommend a serving of about 500 to 1,500 mg of Garcinia cambogia powder, with 50-60 % HCA content, 1 to 3 times a day.


Mix With Water or Juice

Stir in the appropriate amount of powder into a glass of lemon water, juice, or a smoothie.

Before Meals
