Easy Ways to Include Simply Earth Maca Recipes in your Everyday Foods

Maca goes well with strawberries and bananas in our opinion.  This is a classic strawberry banana flaxseed smoothie recipe that we all have enjoyed many times with our morning maca powder.  Note that some people have trouble digesting Maca with bananas or other fruits.  If you notice any difficulty, avoid using bananas and also other fruits with Maca. 







  • 6-10 medium fresh strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1-3 t maca powder

  • 1/4 cup rice or almond milk

  • 1/2 t vanilla extract

  • 1 t flaxseed oil

  • 1 C ice cubes (if you want a cold drink)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.   Enjoy this healthy strawberry banana smoothie immediately.
